LOL!!! arcturus88 is the only one to initialize these!!!

Having said that, he and I go way back to early 1998 when I was working as a contractor at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) on the Atlas rocket launch facility doing design/drafting.

Arcturus came on board, and we became cube mates. I was a bit jealous of him, because he was hired direct, while I was able to come on board only as a contractor. But a few months later, I was able to covert to a direct employee.

Some time later, he transferred to another group, and we continued bantering by e-mail, often daily, as we do to this day, often by text message now.

We continued bantering throughout his career change going to college, then his Army training, my over-the-road truck driving, etc.

He talked me into joining this site, even though I really didn't want to.

I have traced my ancestry for a total of 12 generations (down to my granddaughters) way back to late 1500's, when my multi-G parents came from England and settled in Connecticut & New York.

My G-G-G- Grandfather was Sheriff in Herkimer County, NY.

I am related to: Wilford Woodruff, Sr. (March 1, 1807 September 2, 1898) was the fourth president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 1889 until his death. Woodruff's large collection of diaries provides an important record of Latter Day Saint history, and his decision to formally end the practice of plural marriage among the members of the LDS Church in 1890 brought to a close one of the most difficult periods of church history.

In 1980, I bought a mustard yellow 1972 Honda 600 (car, not motorcycle). It had a 600cc air cooled engine and 10" wheels. I paid $1,000 for it, and not long after I got it, the timing chain was so loose, that it flopped around & wore thru the block & leaked oil badly.

I ended up selling it for $167.00. I regret getting the car.

During WWII, my (German) grandfather sported a Hitler style mustache, just for sport.

He also collected Hitler cartoons that were in the newspaper. We have them around somewhere.

It is too difficult to distinguish between 6 entities; my wife of almost 35 years, my 3 sons, and my two grandchildren.

Between 1969 and 1975 ( my ages of 12 and 18), my grandmother lived with us, and we (my brother, 4 years younger) used to make fun of her. It was kind of a combination of a generation gap, and we were jealous she got mom's attention. She was a product of the Great Depression, and we couldn't relate to her extreme frugalness at all. We were just being childish, and I regret it.

Are you a spiritual person? Do you follow any particular religion or doctrine?

Not at all. I am still waiting to witness something supernatural to be convinced. I have an ongoing offer to "God" to convince me, by simply levitating me a mere one (1) foot off the ground for a few seconds. Here I wait & wait...

If something did happen you would likely try to explain it or believe you were crazy.

Belief isn't seeing, belief is knowing with out seeing.

Don't get what you are having difficulty understanding.
