Hope...and change.

Got some hope fer ya......

U.S. Bank Profit Surged 37% in 4th Quarter - WSJ.com

Bolstered by gains on loan sales and trading revenues, banks reported fourth-quarter net income of $34.7 billion, a 37% increase from the final three months of 2011, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Wall Street's Cash Bonus Pool Hits $20 Billion - WSJ.com

and some change;

Wall Street cash bonuses for 2012 are expected to climb 8% from a year earlier, boosted in part by the payment this year of compensation deferred from prior years, according to a report released by New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
New York securities firms will pay employees $20 billion in cash bonuses, up from $18.5 billion for 2011, the report added.

Wall Street firms......these banks lending you all this money and earning so much interest on American credit card interest.....making billions while everyone else struggles....

Media...even interested?

Any Democrats speaking up?

Where are all the Wall Street occupations?

Obama's economic policies were supposed to curb these huge bonus programs, were supposed to curb these income inequities.......

Our bankers, similarly, are getting huge bonuses while poor people are deprived of even the little they have. It is a question of who's in power and who puts them there, I suppose.

Obama is in power. And he restructured and reregulated the banking industry....and Wall Street fat cats were lectured. And yet they still see massive profits and huge bonuses......but the Wall Street occupations have ended...election season is over.

The government caused the crisis. Governments nearly always cause our biggest problems.

It seems the President others elected 'support the bankers' Iolo, that's why I referenced banks profiting 37% in this latest quarter while the economy putters along at 2.2% growth. They're still receiving bonuses and high salaries as well.

I wouldn't place the blame for any crisis on bankers either. IT wasn't that simple.
