Fellow Reblican Unite!

To me at least, our entire party and that which it has stood for is now at risk.
We are about to allow the nomination of a cabdidate for President that goes against virtally everything we once embodied and made us the "Grand 'Ol Party" we were. I plead with true Repilicans to save our party from destruction...even though I understand it is in vain.

The Trump Phenom is our end folks...do not all0w it!

The Republican Party has been slowly going the way of the Whigs since Bush the Lesser. The TP briefly gave it life again but also opened the door for idiots like Trump. Even before the nose dive the party was losing ground to the Dems and independents. Indeed the party was almost relegated to 3rd party status by the Constitutionalists in Colorado back in the '12 election only surviving as a major party by 1%. The question is, which party will rise to take it's place.

Personally I'm hoping for Rubio and Sanders as they're the candidates I can most stand to vote for in a general. The best part of being 3rd party is I don't have any skin in the primaries and can simply enjoy the show.

Only you can call what the Repubs have been doing the last 20 years 'moving to the left'.

I don't know too many "idiots" who built an EIGHT BILLION DOLLAR EMPIRE from next to nothing.

Except he inharted his money and barly kept up with inflation. An idiot WOULD go bankrupt with a casino though.

Actually, that's a ****ing lie. The Party has been losing to its own base. And there are maybe 100 independents in the whole damned country.

lol I'll just point to my canned responses thread.

Funny but as I recall, the Republican Party now controls both houses of Congress and is about to control the White House. And that occupant is going to be Donald Trump. Doesn't sound like the GOP has lost anything. If anything, Trump has given the GOP a lot more balls than it has ever known and a lot more credibility than it deserves.

Yes, the Repubs made gains in an election year with only a competitive race on the Dem side and a midterm. Historically low turnout situations. Now lets look at what happened in '08 and '06 with high voter turnout.

Rubio and Sanders are not going to be nominated. It's going to be Trump versus the Bitch and Trump is going to win in a landslide.
Sanders is largely tied with Hillary right now. That she's considered the frontrunner has more to do with supper delegates that any serious electoral lead. It should also be noted that both Dems beat Trump in head to head polls.
