Christ is a Greek word for Messiah. It's not "made up". You are ignorant and you're dishonest to compensate for it.

Christ is the Greek translation of the word messiah, it wasn't just a made up title. How absurd.

You are talking about over a thousand years ago. Yes in 100 and 200 AD Christians were Jews. However after the Nicene council and emperor Constantine's conversion of the Roman empire to Christianity most Christians were former pagans which is why Christianity has more similarities with pagan worship than Hebrew worship.

Now in 2013 Christianity and it's many forms are no longer at all Judaism, there is over 2000 years separating Christianity from Judaism. That is like saying Islam is Judaism. Just because the religion originated from Judaism doesn't mean it's another variety of Judaism.

It is Christianity worship and following of Christ which means messiah. They use the term Christ because the new testament was written in Greek.

Jewish people don't worship Christ.

Might as well. They don't seem to be very good at speaking to the topic. No sense in keeping an off topic stream going.
