This is really a good and motivating story, motivation in the sense that smart people find the opportunity in small things also. Opportunities solely depends on the thinking of the person, if we don't think with a seed, we'll never get a tree as the result.
I remember back in the 80 , an Amarican business man bought a broke electric shaving machine factory , then he put a group of elders on the assembly line . , after few month he was exporting those machines to japan .
