They still need to work on it's ability to mimic human expressions (it's lips are out of sync with it's words and it looks sad even when smiling) and I'd like to see it move (walk, sit, get up, ect.) before I'll call this something meaningful but if it can move and they fix it's expressions, then I think we may see humans that aren't human in the near-future. Get some kind of link with someone's mind to control it remotely via electronic-telepathy and and people could literally be in more then 1 place and do more then 1 thing at the same time.

Reminds me of the Stepford Wives movies. Although the Japanese creation probably still needs a bit of refinement. It probably may be useful for cleaning house and looking after the garden, but I do feel uncomfortable when they start fiddling around with creations like these.

I support this. Work out the kinks and get conscience transferring working and you have immortality.

It will probably take a few life times, if ever, before they get to mortality of these androids. I can't see immortality, when the people who are creating those clones are mortal.

I't an android, not a clone. ;)
