That is a pretty poorly written article, but I wonder how high the concentration is and how carcinogenic it can be. There are a lot of carcinogens that we are exposed to everyday and a lot of things we eat and use have some very small carcinogenic potential.
At the end of the day, the worst thing to do is still smoke and the major reason we are seeing so much more cancer (lung cancer aside- again a lot of that is thanks to smoking) now than in the past is not because of the products we use but simply because we live longer (giving the chance for tumors/mutations to develop more whereas if we lived less we would more likely die of other things first).
