Economics Club

I am starting an economics club at a university and I would love to hear some ideas on how I should organize the club. Any general or specific ideas are greatly appreciated (i.e. frequency of club meetings, topics discussed, etc.).

Well is it a general economics interest club or one geared towards a certain school or ideology? If it is general, then I would make sure you try to have discussions and events that represent as many schools of thought as possible.
