Florida's new, expanded definition of a slot machine includes "any machine or device or system or network of devices" used to play games of chance or skill, which can be activated by not just inserting money, but an "account number, code, or other object or information."

Pretty funny. I'm betting they'll announce a fix within two weeks....good thing I did't post that in Florida!

Enforcing that law would certainly keep them busy. OTOH, maybe Florida can count on thousands of wannabe cops to start dispensing vigilante justice by shooting down those armed with a computer or smartphone.
