In an ongoing class action lawsuit between a group of authors and Google, Federal Judge Danny Chin has yet to make a decision. The case involves Google's play to digitize thousands of out-of-publish books online for free, but some authors and copyright groups are claiming that it breaks their rights.

Any thoughts?

It's not like it's the first time Google is criticized for something similar to this. I think Google, like all of us has a freedom of expression, so for example when they are limited Chinese government, that's horrible. But when the copyright groups of different books that Google decide to publish are screaming out STOP, I think we should listen, they have the rights to these books.
