It wouldn't surprise me at all if elements inside or outside the government tried to bug Trump, but I am quite sure that Obama has enough smarts to arrange that there would be no way of linking it to him. Besides, Trump is such a goofball, I doubt that Obama would have a great interest in bugging such a loose cannon.
Since I am sure that Trump has no proof of such bugging, and since it seems that the Presidential Idiot got the idea from some off-the-wall Breitbart report, in the end this fracas will end in making Trump look even more ridiculous --- if that is possible.
Apart from Trump's sinister lying and sociopathy, I am beginning to think Trump has a case of galloping senility.
