I am personally fed up with all these unconstitutional decrees being issued by our governors, mayors and other executive branches of government forcing us to submit to this illegal and nefarious shutdown of our country as well as not allowing us to worship in our churches.
Why I say it is unconstitutional is that it is a clear violation of our first amendment rights and an usurpation of the setup of our three branches of government
My explanation of why it is clearly unconstitutional is based on the fact in the first amendment the people have a right to free speech, right toe peacefully assemble to protest grievances and the right for no law to be passed regarding the establishment of a religion nor to prohibit the free exercise thereof.
Since in that clause the word “shall” is used instead of the word “will” indicates a much stronger meaning and emphasis on the action taken or to be taken. It is absolute, imperative, and unconditional.
By usurpation of the three branches I mean that the executive branch of government is designed only tie carry oat the execution of laws now in existence. The legislative branch is designed to make the laws. The Judicial branch is designed to interpret those laws and see they are in compliance with the U. S. Constitution but primarily with the state’s own constitution.
Therefore no one in the executive branch can make decrees which in this case they actually are into as form of law. Only that state’s legislature can. Clearly these officials halve usurped their authority and have violated the U. S. Constitution and own state constitutions.
Clearly this situation must be remedied immediately before any more of this sort of violation continues. To do that we must resort to legal and constitutionals means of doing so. All public officials can be removed from office through means of impeachment, recall or election.
I have chosen the impeachment method to remove our governor in Virginia for such violations. To start the process you must contact both your state senator and representative to start the impeachment proceedings. We must get many people to accomplish this. If huge numbers do this and if even the state legislature cannot succeed in impeachment through lack of a majority vote it nevertheless will send a clear message to the executive branch you mean business and possibly they will back down particularly if they are eligible to run another term. Now you have to use the last means—VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE AND PLEASE DO.
