It's occurring at a snail's pace and the United states for some reason has to be dragged kicking and screaming into modern times, but the progress is inspiring.
I don't think it will take much longer before same sex marriage is legally recognized in all 50 states. I was happy to see Texas's ban on it get struck down by the supreme court
