A lawyer filed a lawsuit worth 100 million dollars for a family of a 6 year old survivor.
He filed it based on it could have been prevented and was a foreseeable event. The prevented part I can get behind a little. Had they had a school police officer it may have been preventable.
The foreseeable part I am having a little trouble with though.
He withdrew it I am assuming for lack of evidence for his claims but is going to continue to see if he can pursue it.
Now my problem is this not one of the parents of the kids that were killed have filed a lawsuit. Yet these parent whose child is alive is suing I can't see how that does not look like they are just going for the money.
