Israeli Consul: Ladies and gentlemen, before I begin, allow me to relay a short story. When Moses led our ancestors out of Egypt, following decades of slavery and forced labour, he led them through desert, desert, and more desert. Friends, our ancestors were very thirsty. So Moses struck the ground with his cane, calling upon YHWH for assistance. Water flowed from where the cane made contact with the ground, and soon it became a river. Our ancestors drank from the river, and their thirst was quenched. After years of wandering in the desert, ladies and gentlemen, Moses was tired and dirty. He crossed the river, removed his clothes, and bathed in the river. When he returned to the bank, his clothes were missing. He called to our ancestors "what have you done - why have you stolen from me?". They replied "we did not steal from you, brother" and Moses knew they were telling the truth. And now, ladies and gentlemen, I accuse the perpetrators to be the Palestinians!
