Newt Gingrich 2012?

Newt Gingrich is apparently looking to form an exploratory committee to gage interest on whether or not he should run for President in 2012. I guess we are at that time when the Presidental election news will once more start coming up as this hasn't been the only similar discussion this week.

Romney and Pawlenty will likely be looking to run in the GOP as well- at least from early speculation.

Thoughts on any of them?

Barring some amazing 3rd party candidate, I'll likely be voting Repub if they don't run a TPer. Shocking, I know. :giggle:

As a republican that likes the TP my concern is that we will blow this opportunity. We need to run a "electable" candidate. Not do a repeat of poor Christine O'Donnell.:unsure:

If you want an electable candidate, nominate a moderate. Not some idiot that thinks taking a chainsaw to the budget will actually fix it. A TP president would drive the country into the ground all over a few talking points.

True. And to be honest I don't see anyone that I feel really meets the job description. And I mean on any team, right/left black/white or mix of them all.:unsure:
