Now, the USSC has agreed to hear an appeal on the constitutionality of the purchase requirement. If that is overturned, the basic parts of the law (excepting such things as requiring "children" to be covered on their parents insurance till age 26) will collapse.

Obamacare is the foot in the door that will lead to socialized medicine with everything that it implies: crushing new debt piled upon the trillions obama has already created with payoffs to his political clients, rationed health care, extensive new government control of the details of health care, decaying facilities as with the UK's NHS, the stifling of entrepreneurship to create new cures, medical devices, etc, and death panels.

Here's my ideas:

Rein in the tort lawyer predators.

Stop medicare and medicaid fraud.

End state mandates for non-disease costs like pregnancy and abortion.

End intra-state monoplies and near monopolies created by state laws.

Expell the illegal aliens, who loot the medical system.

Crack down on US intellectual property (meds, devices) theft by countries like india.
