For there for even the possibility of "obstruction of justice", there would have to be an initial crime in the 1st place.
Obstruction is hiding/covering up and/or lying about a crime. If there was NO crime in the 1st place, then there is literally ZERO to obstruct!
Since Trump has NO charges against him, and none are forthcoming, there can not possibly be a subsequent OOJ charge, plain & simple!
Charging anyone with OOJ w/o any previous or concurrent charge or previous conviction, is exactly like a police officer arresting someone with the charge of "resisting arrest" alone, w/o any other charges. It simply is not done, and would surely result in a lawsuit. There MUST be an initial charge before resisting arrest could be invoked.
