It is high time to END the practice of assigning a so-called Special Prosecutor. They only create turmoil, are a distraction from REAL issues, many innocent people are harmed, and is waste a bunch of tax payers' money.
Here the deal:
The Dems' mantra for literally years has been "There is no smoking gun, but plenty of smoke". Problem is, where there is smoke, there is usually mirrors. And where there are "smoke and mirrors", EVERYTHING is purely an illusion!
OK, so is there harm in ignoring "smoke"? NOPE! Not when it has a pretty good track record of being FAKE (i.e. no there, there).
If there is indeed a "smoking gun" (as opposed to just "smoke"), then literally no SP is needed; the Justice Department can easily move forward w/o one.
Also like Alan Dershowitz pointed out: Instead of a SP, there should be bi-partisan Committees established to hopefully keep POLITICS out of it, and concentrate on actual FACTS.
Any thoughts?
