OK, so what will happen, is the rich (who can best afford to bring into the world and support a child) will simply travel to where they can get the job done, whilst the poor (who CANNOT afford another mouth to feed) cannot afford to travel or have the means to will be forced into impoverish an unwanted child. Does this make any sense?
