A month shy of the 100-day mark that presidents use to gauge success, Mr. Trump’s largely self-inflicted setbacks are evidence of a novice politician, often uninterested in the inner workings of government, who is struggling to wield his constitutional authority or fully understand the limits of his office.

In addition, his ego and infantile reactions to said fumbles make them even worse and eliminate any respect endowed by the position he obtained.

Two myths died Friday;Donald Trump being a great dealmaker and Paul Ryan being a genius.

It is interesting to see Trump and his followers turn on the Republican Party as soon as his failures and theirs become obvious. Trumps first response was to blame Democrats until realizing they were already being blamed for years. He then went to the only other place he could put the blame in order to do as he always does and avoid any getting on his tie.
Most pathetic of all being the lockstep automaton zombie adherence coming from his little army of leg humpers. The whole thing would be pathetically funny, if it were not so scary.

Blaming other people for his problems/failures is typical of him..

Or it could be simply that "you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear", and no I.Q test was administered to Paul Ryan.

Is the glass 1/2 full or 1/2 empty?

Regardless;the glass contains snake oil, courtesy of Donald Trump.

Trump has no interest in health care except as a way to gain the support of gullible fools.

He is quite serious about bloating the cancer of military spending and deep tax cuts for his billionaire backers, and about eliminating death duties for the benefit of his own family.

If he is unable to do these things, then he really is a senile, incompetent doofus.
