Trump and hillary VP picks?

In terms of what I'd be most willing to vote for: Trump/Kasich and Hillary/Bernie (and before anyone jumps on the inconsistent naming conventions, that's how they're popularly known).

In terms of what I actually find plausible: Trump/Rynd as a unity ticket, Trump/someone along the lines of Palin but without the baggage as an ideological ticket and Hillary/Warren as it doubles down on the feminist strategy and has the best chance of placating the Bernie or Bust crowd without having to actually swallow her pride post-Primary.

Trump should go with Johnson.......But he would never agree.
Hillary should go with Sanders...guaranteed win.
