Trump's documents belong to the government to control and safeguard. Even if he has a library they will be under the control of Archies for posterity not him. This is what he can't get his head around, in the White House he has no title to anything by law. Reported, not even the newspaper clipping he said the documents were in the boxes. He lies, gets his lawyers to lie, and then is outraged when reality gets in the way.
Have no idea what you're talking about. No one can show that Trump knew anything about any documents leaving the White House. No criminal intent. Whole thing is a political theater to distract voters from the horrible economy, crime, etc of the Biden admin.
You are suckered by Trump, another one buying his delusions. Trump has no responsibility when classified documents are under his control? Reported they were found all over the place in his private second-floor quarters. Some stuffed with unclassified documents. We had intel agents at his briefings who said, Trump requested documents and then kept them. Trump and you can't absolve him of blame, claiming ignorance, scapegoating accusing others. That is not how it works with national security law. Under National Secrets law, unauthorized possession is a violation, as ex-President he's not authorized to have them, liable. Now, he's saying prior presidents kept millions of documents that Archives debunked. We'll see when DOJ indicts him for violations.
