1. Emily Murphy, the top official in General Services Administration in charge of making millions of dollars in transition funding available to the winner of the presidential election, said Monday that President-elect Joe Biden would receive those funds.

“As the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration, I have the ability under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended, to make certain post-election resources and services available to assist in the event of a presidential transition,” Murphy said in a letter sent Monday to Biden. “I take this role seriously and, because of recent developments involving legal challenges and certifications of election results, am transmitting this letter today to make those resources and services available to you.”...

Murphy said in her letter that she was freeing up $7,300,000 to the Biden campaign to aid in the transition....

2. Besides calling him "Sleepy Joe" and "Slow Joe", Trump has also coined a new nickname "Joe Hiden" for his rival as the election campaigns intensified. In a series of tweets on September 3, Trump claimed that Joe Biden had been "hiding" in the basement of his Delaware home instead of travelling and campaigning frequently like him.

Musing at a campaign rally in central Georgia in October 16, Trump openly despised his rival with this insult: "Running against the worst candidate in the history of presidential politics puts pressure on me. Could you imagine if I lose? My whole life, what am I going to do? I’m going to say, ‘I lost to the worst candidate in the history of politics.’ I’m not going to feel so good. Maybe I’ll have to leave the country?” :)

It is better for America if the outgoing "con artist" president could keep his word to leave the country for good. Like the sickly smell that lingers around long after the removal of a rotten corpse, he will remain a bone in the throat of the Biden administration long after his removal from power.

Over the years, as far back as March 2011, Trump has been launching racist attacks against his predecessor, former President Barack Obama. For several years after Obama released his birth certificate, he still accused Obama of not being born in the US. Once he assumed office in 2016, he lost no time in destroying his predecessor's legacy.

Similarly, don't expect him to "behave himself" just by spending his time playing golf and watching television. Like his relentless attacks on Obama prior to the 2016 election, he will be laying the groundwork for his comeback in 2024 by keeping up pressure through his decadent party on his new target in the White House. Hence in the next four years, he will spend much of his time attacking his so-called "worst candidate in the history of presidential politics" through his tweets and talk shows.

As long as the outgoing "con artist" president won't end up in disgrace on charges of corruption and other scandals, his chances of making a comeback in 2024 will be very high.

He'll never totally fade away - but, remember how immensely popular Sarah Palin was? I emphasize was. He's too narcissistic to ever completely go away - but, like Palin, I believe that he'll eventually just fade into background political white noise. The people who are his cult members are not people who are going to continue to revere somebody out of the power loop. They'll find somebody (Greene? Hawley?) to latch onto and support. What scares me is that the person who replaces him may not be as media savvy as he is (I will concede he's a bit of a p.r. wizard) but will be much smarter than he is. That's scary.

There isn't enough roach spray in the world to make IIPOTUS Trump totally fade away.
