    D.C. plastic bag tax

    Washington D.C. recently enacted a 5 cent tax on each plastic bag taken at grocery stores. The move is to encourage citizens to bring their own bags and hence not use the non eco-friendly plastic bags. How does everyone feel about the tax and do you think it is a good idea?
