In the first major attack after the 2008 massacre, 8 people lost their lives in a bomb blast at a restaurant in Mumbai, India. No one has claimed to be behind the attack yet, as officials investigate the explosion which happened only a day after India and Pakistan agreed to talks on the 25th of February.

I praise India for the heroic fight they have to go through with Pakistan. India has done absolutely nothing, and then they are shocked by terrorist attacks from Pakistanis, not surprised, but it's sad for India.

Agreed. We should wait for the forensic reports before we come to any conclusions. I can't imagine it is the work of the terrorists of 2008. It is too unsophisticated in comparison, i.e. leaving a bomb in a bag. I'm not so sure it has anything to do with the talks, but time will obviously tell.
