Apparently the guy is dyeing and undergoing experimental treatments. Stupidity is a known side effect of many illnesses and/or drugs. Didn't realize that when I 1st posted this.

But his illness isn't effecting his mind and I've no idea what kind of side effects his treatments are having so he could still be an idiot.

OK maybe you have a point. I did not put that very well. Let me try again. There are people who do not take drugs and who are from a medical point of view quite "normal" but stupid. Either because of a low IQ or just being ignorant and silly most of the time. When the stupidity comes from drugs or illnesses, I would not call it supid, more like intoxicated or disabled.
