How can we have both welfare recipients and illegal aliens? Why is it that some, if not most, illegals are willing to take the worst jobs for low pay while your average welfare recipient is not willing to take any job no matter what the pay is? Are there genetic differences between illegals and welfare recipients that make one willing to work and the other not? What would we get if we were to cross-breed illegals and welfare recipients? Could we trade welfare recipients for illegals on say a 4 to 1 ratio? Or, what would we get if we simply did away with welfare?
In my experience, 'welfare queens' are typically lazy and don't want to work ( I know some personally). That isn't to say that everyone on welfare is this way - just the habitual ones.
"Illegals" come here to get free money and stay under the radar mostly.

Actually both illegals and welfare queens want money. But isn?t it true that most illegals are willing to do at least some work to get their money?
Do welfare queens get more money (cash, free/reduced school lunches, Medicaid and housing subsidies) by not working than illegals get by working?
I wouldn't classify both traits as purely genetic though as I believe that how one is raised has a lot to do with it too as does situation.
It is really just about opportunity costs. Capable non-retired adults who just live off of government money have most likely come to the conclusion that they would rather live with the money the state provides them and not work than work and maybe earn a little more. It is the moral hazard of welfare. Illegal aliens, on the other hand, not only may receive less government money since many programs are not accessible to illegal aliens, but many also come here to seek a better life or to provide for their families back home, which increases their want for money. The hard workers among illegal aliens often also come from a background of hard work in their birth country, which makes work less of a burden for them.

I don't know about one group getting more money than the other group....there would have to be legitimate studies done to show that to be true.
I'm not sure of the percentage of people on welfare vs. illegals, but I know where I used to live, there were many illegals that didn't work (for whatever reasons) and still got healthcare and other similar benefits as did the people on welfare.
