USPS to close 3,700 locations

As the USPS continues to face a bleak budget, the government-run organization is going to be cutting 3,700 locations across the nation, which amounts to over 10% of current locations. Decisions on which ones will be cut are made partly on which regions have sufficient private sector shipping/packaging companies to take the new demand.

As the USPS continues to face a bleak budget, the government-run organization is going to be cutting 3,700 locations across the nation, which amounts to over 10% of current locations. Decisions on which ones will be cut are made partly on which regions have sufficient private sector shipping/packaging companies to take the new demand.

I think they are going to cut one in the next county. They were already being evicted from their building. And they do not have a postmaster. So it looks like they are a sitting duck.
