Kenya invades Somalia.

Troops, tanks, bombers, you name it Kenya is using it. Tired of the crazies causing grief for the border towns, Kenya has declared war for the 1st time in history. They also have the support of the Somali people (indeed Somali militias are a major part of the invasion) so if they try annexing Southern Somalia they could probably get away with it.
