Nuclear reactors are, in essence, simple things, but the construction of them can't be stupidly done. The Japanese foolishly left their reactors vulnerable to tsunamis, a well-known threat. Nuclear power should be the basis for a new generation of power in the US - we should have 100 new reactors. They are simply not forgiving of stupid mistakes, so don't make them.
