No, actually the bill deals with clips larger than 10 bullets...and a few other things.

Her bill proposes to ban most handguns such as a 9mm Semi Auto. .45 Semi Auto.

The only gun she is not banning is a revolver for the most part. Though even then if you don't abide by the bill your guns can be taken away.

Which means if you fail to reregister your guns and law enforcement comes into your house and see the weapon and you can't provide the right documentation they can take them away.

Your gun is already registered when you buy it. It is not a fact of registering it, it is the fact they would make all of us register what we already registered.

I like my Semi Automatic 9mm it is light weight and feels better then my revolver. Let me see if I can find the youtube video so you can watch a woman who experienced what those kids did and lived to tell about it.

No not really you would have to again fill out all the paperwork and then they have two sets of registration paperwork which makes no sense.

Correct if you are going to kill someone what difference does the weapon make they both have the same capability.

1) I wouldn't register my guns, nobody I know would, why do any government officials need that info.

2) the idea of owning a gun is to even the playing field.

I think a lot of this business about this gun or that gun being more deadly than that because how much ammo it holds or the action it uses.

The idea of having a simiauto is to fire more rounds quickly. Just shooting someone once is not likely to stop them, that is only the movies. Hi have seen a man walk into the hospital of his own accord with 28 9mm holes in him, get patched up and walk out that same day.

If you had a single action revolver it would be a severe disadvantage
