I'm afraid that P&CA will never be back online and it has been down for maintenance since last October after I reported a virus issue and I enjoyed discussing with far-right extremists on the forum. Perhaps the site was hacked by hacktivists from India or Pakistan and the site owner complained about cyber attacks from the region.
