These are problems with Mexico, that allows the problems to continue at the border.
1. The United States of America is the only first world entity, in any deal between the United States and Mexico.
Mexico is NOT a First world country.
Mexico's Economy is NOT first world.
Mexico's Technology is NOT first world.
Mexico's society is NOT Industrialized.
Mexico's people, by and large are NOT educated.
Mexico's Government, Systems, Education, Technologies and Economics and Standard of living are all judged on the basis of Shoddy standards that fails to achieve the goals on all subject matters.
2. Mexico does not have the financial resources to have effective systems in place.
3. The US / Mexico Border isn't unique... Mexico also has a problem with IT's Southern border too, and they don't have so much as 10 % of the Ability to do what we've already done at our border, so far.
That's the problem with Mexico.
