Okay...so
Manifort lies to the FBI, gets a minimum charge and disappears.
Flynn lies to the FBI, gets a minimum charge and disappears.
In my opinion both now work for Meuller in order to sing like birdies and please the awaiting judge.

Who is next?

Nobody has "disappeared" as of yet.

This whole witch hunt looks like it will be over really soon (finally), because there is no there, there against Trump!!!

So he lied about doing something. Not doing anything actually wrong/illegal. Nothing to do with Trump.

Clinton (an actual President!) lied under oath, and nothing became of it.

What do you mean by witch hunt?

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn has agreed to plead guilty Friday to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, marking another monumental development in the wide-ranging probe of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III.

Is every investigation into criminal activity a witch hunt becuase the people involved deem it so? Or are they just trying to hide the true behind a sound bite that they think will float them out of danger.

A truely bizaar comment.

....Both....with a mixture of hopeful self deception.

Lying to the FBI is the charge and is minimal compared to what he could and may still be facing, depending on how well he cooperates.

One does not get impeached without a conviction.

Apparently you forgot about some obscure President named BILL CLINTON?

BillyBoy was convicted and impeached but not removed from office.

Good point! So ANY attempts to impeach the current President, with FAR less evidence would be buffoonish, and a waste of taxpayers' money.

Actually two presidents have been impeached. Neither were removed from office. In both cases, all of the senators from that presidents political party voted against removal in a solid block. Both presidents were Democrats.

Yeah, it would have to actually be egregious acts for impeachment to succeed. I think Nixon should have "stuck to his guns".

Nixon was actually not impeached. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached. Neither were removed. Both were saved by the Democrats voting in a solid block against removal.
