Trump has claimed himself to be the victim of a witch hunt. In a certain way, he is not far from the truth as he continues to stir controversy after controversy in his "cauldron" since taking office. The latest strange concoction that came like a bolt from the blue was his “confession” or “allegation” of China's meddling in US elections.
Trump tweeted on 18 August 2018: "All of the fools that are so focused on looking only at Russia should start also looking in another direction, China. But in the end, if we are smart, tough and well prepared, we will get along with everyone!"
Using an analogy, it is just like a gunman shooting in all directions, up and down, left and right, front and back, after being cornered in a dead end.
Using another analogy, it is just like the incomprehensible mutterings of a bedridden patient suffering from high fever.
Now FBI has to sieve through all tweets and rally speeches by Trump for any ‘China, if you're listening’ remark.
