Certainly, but as long as we can all act civilly, we can share our opinions and maybe learn something from one another. As for myself, I would consider myself a Thatcher fan as well (at least relative to many other politicians.)

Of course, a debate should never be uncivilized. Thatcher is definitely one of our greater politicians to date! So it's lovely to hear that more people adore her.

I hold no opinion. I tend to focus on American politics.

And in American politics you have a lot of wonderful politicians too. Ronald Reagan was definitely the largest victory for the United States, and I also loved Richard Nixon!

Strangely, President Obama agrees. The man is a liberal role mode these days, it's weired. I've even heard people with socialist tendencies laud him.

Speaking of that,what about MSNBC? Keith Olberman, Rachel Maddow, and Chris Matthews have become very entertaining for me recently. For me watching them slobber and fawn about Obama is really something to watch. And about every other sentence is something about FOX NEWS. Seems to me they are the "Sean Hannity" and Ann Coulter for the democrats.

I was wrong for not watching them sooner. I find you just get more understanding if you watch people you disagree with. And I do disagree with that trio. They think they are insulting Republicains, but they are just giving us encouragement in my opinion.

It's really not so difficult to understand. What Ronald Reagan believed in and did was supported by a vast majority of Americans, there was only state in the United States in the 1984, his second term election, that voted Democrat. Pretty much explains a lot.
