Are you cutting back, and how?

This oil business stuff is controlled by crooks in my opinion. From top to bottom they are "playing" with the numbers.
I agree with that. Our Department of Energy Secretary is blamed by everyone that he don't have a good governance is stopping the excessive rise of costs of fuel products. Many have said that they are overpriced by Php8 or 17 cents a liter.

Germany has a system that just requires a bit of analysis to see through. On the small roads, it's relatively cheap for locals and then, on the Autobahn - where there is no speed limit and you can actually be arrested for driving too slowly (by that i mean economically) - they charge ridiculous sums. Naturally, only locals know the small roads very well. I'm so glad i was familiar with the Hamburg region.

Really, by driving so slow? That's ridiculous. What kind of policy is that?
You have rules for slow driving and don't have rules for fast driving?
How about reckless driving?

Oh, there are limits for speeding, but not on the Autobahn. You may be surprised that it works very well. People take responsibilities for their own actions. That's what happens when there is less or no Government intervention. We have a far lower accident rate than the US, Britain, and France, where there are limits.

So you mean countries with Speed Limits are accident prone?
What will happen to those reckless drivers that causes troubles and accident? Will they file a case against them?

No, i'm suggesting that it makes people more responsible to take control of things themselves.

What will happen to those reckless drivers that causes troubles and accident? Will they file a case against them?

Yes.

The argument against slow drivers, however, is also that they are driving recklessly and could potentially cause accidents on a road where people often drive over 100 kilometres per hour.

I knew there's also a rule like like that. But only on expressways wherein the minimum speed is 80kph.
But I doubt it's followed since I always saw drivers who are running as slow as 60kph.

Well, i suppose it's typical of Germany really. Keep things running efficiently. But yeah, it's only on the Autobahn.

I'm cutting back in believing that government has the taxpayers best interest in mind. Oh yes, I'm laying off potato chips.
