An aunt of mine, a rich woman by our local standards, was Shabat Goy for her next-door neighbours, while being almost as anti-Jewish as you, Falcondule: people like to get on with their neighbours. An Orthodox Jew I've know for very many years thought those she lit the fire for were terrible Jews, leading others to work on the Shabat and break the Commandment. I don't know why I'm bothering to post this except perhaps to suggest issues are always a deal more complex than appears.
