Can corporations be Catholic?

I have not indicated in any way, an opposition to the freedom to petition the court, claim rights, or question individual freedom in the SCOTUS. You have placed your own taint on my comments to produce discourse...

This is a case of a party going to court saying a particular law violates their Constitutional rights. You cry foul and come up with, "I have not seen another company, organization, or "Person" complain it needs to be exempted from parts of the law for any reason."

Nearly every case the Supreme Court hears is exactly a party "complaining that it needs to be exempted from part of the law" for some reason. You surely know that, but your raw hatred dominates your thinking.

My comment is in the context of this thread, which is obviously dealing with the ACA and the church at this point. If it is broadened to include the history of the United States and the highest court...you are of course correct.

I love how rightists throw out the word liberal like an insult.

I didn't see anyone using "liberal" as an insult. I did see someone insulting liberals, though. Granted, hurling an insult at liberals might seem superfluous and redundant.

So, your argument is that no one has a right to complain that the government is violating their rights until someone else complains about that same thing? I wouldn't expect any clearer thinking from someone (you) who wants the government to shove their (your) religion (philosophy) down everyone's throats.

As your ability to comprehend basic logic is obviously a bit limited...I will try to clarify.

Given the issues brought up in the conversation those paying any attention to this thread might understand, your argument does not actually pertain to the issues involved. I commented on the religious aspect of disagreement with the ACA, and you decided I have a problem with everything the SCOTUS has had on its doorstep.

Honestly, I have been put in the position of dealing with such childish mentalities on more than a few occasions...and it is never pleasant.

You seem to be what is referred to as a problem child in the forum circles... and given a month of life before banishment.

As a detriment to the civility of the community, you do not have long to be an ass....enjoy it while you can.

And be happy I do not have the power to banish.

Were you to simply be this way to me...I might accept it....that is not the case.

No, I called you a hypocrite for faulting someone merely for claiming this law violates their rights, while not finding fault with others who take cases to the Supreme Court claiming some law violates their rights... which is practically every case the Supreme Court hears.

Is it just Catholics you hate, or all Christians?

Obviously....My time is wasted with you.

I cannot be more clear in my posts, yet you fail to comprehend.

This is generally referred to as pointless.

I have never had insurance that covered my birth control, in my youth I got around, I was allergic to latex, so I had to buy special birth control, up to six partners in a month, true several of my sexual partners didn't need to worry about getting pregnent, improper anatomy, but others did, I never had a scare with any ladies.

I did these things in college, when I was broke, birth control is free in many clinics. But I purchased mine. Why insist that an insurance company support your negligence, if it isn't the right insurance for you than find another provider, its a free market.

Due to my relationship unable to marry my spouse and the child that is in our ward I bought a policy on them both outside of my company, out is surprisingly affordable, more so than if I was to cover them through the department. And a very good policy, coupled with gap insurance like Affleck it isn't very bad.

Just opt out of the employer purchased policy and buy one of your own.

Once the ACA takes full effect, this option may become more viable to many. With any luck the exchange idea will work as planned and allow individuals to act together en mass.

I also did this and agree that it was surprisingly affordable and the options available to me were much more diverse than the plans offered by my employer. Unfortunately I have been told that my current plan will be considered to be "out of compliance" soon so I'll have to purchase another policy which is "in compliance" and so far it appears that the premium will more than double :(

The ACA will not address this issue until mid 2013, when the major aspects begin....until then stick with what you have, it will remain until then to my understanding.
