Chinese general calls for adoption of a radical new strategy...

...Democracy.

Lieutenant General Yazhou Liu has called for the democratization of the PRC. His calls are not idealist but militaristic and for this reason, he's being taken seriously.

Citing the rapid and near effortless conquest of Afghanistan and more frightening (for the Chinese due to similar tech and strategy utilized), Iraq by American Forces and an increasingly growing gap in capabilities despite modernization, Gen. Liu has declared the American advantage to be clearcut, democracy.

He describes American democracy as a system designed by a genius for effective use by stupid people. As Liu puts it, ''a bad system makes a good person behave badly while a good system makes a bad person behave well.
