Well Romney is just a white Obama with a (R) next to his name o no surprise there. Paul polling so well on the other hand...
I am beginning to think it really does not matter. As republicans we will destroy the brand before Nov. anyway. I already like all of them less than I did a month ago. So just give them more time to pick each other apart and O'bama has 4 more years by default. We have "white Obama", Brother Santorum,"
"extremist" Ron Paul "bomb thrower" Newt and "oops Perry".

And it seems most or all of them are hated by other republicans. Because they are "RINOs", "liars", and "thieves". So we parade what is now seen as a bunch of "clowns" out for election. Who in their right mind would want any of them after a few more weeks of this circus?

O'bama did not do this, we as republicans did it for him.

Too bad people like you and myp aren't running the party.

It is not surprising Paul is polling well against Obama. He would be strong regarding the Independents and moderates.

The problem is Mr. Paul will never win the GOP nomination. His foreign policy ideas, which I believe to be the best of any Presidential candidate in a long time, are extremely unpopular with Republicans.

Ron Paul is too liberal to win the Republican ticket.

I agree. I voted for his son for the senate. He was the tea-party candidate. But I just can't vote for Ron Paul and be comfortable. But as I have said before, I will hold my nose and vote for the Republican. Not because he is Republican. But because I can see the guy in there is in over his head. And just will not admit it.

You think campaign rhetoric will outweigh obama's proven record of disasters? $4 trillion more in debt, and adding more. One war where he lost the peace, and the other war where he lost the war. Huge growth in statism. Continuing bad recession. But all that's trumped by such as that Santorum has a religion, huh?

Never said all that shit. I said I don't want my religion coming from the white house. I know he is all hyped up about being the "Jesus" candidate, but that does not impress me. As I already said, I will vote Republican in the general election. Other than that I will hold my nose and vote for one or the other of them in the primary.

As I said before, I would not vote for any of them for town mayor. So just be glad I will vote for a Republican in Nov. But I will not let anyone "tell" me who to vote for. I am capable of making my own decision just as you are.

It is ironic that you use debt against Obama in an argument for Santorum. You realize that Santorum's tax plan would add a TREMENDOUS amount to the deficit right? One of the reasons that even an anti-tax think tank gave it a D+ score.

I dunno, Obama seems to be handling things alright. He has all the wrong ideas about what to do with the economy, and yes, that's a fail, but as far as foreign policy goes, I think he's charted a pretty good course. He's led us to bin Laden's assassination, a lot of other top al Qaeda kills, and I think he handled the Libyan situation pretty well, helping the Libyans topple Gaddafi without committing ground troops.

I mean, I will not be voting for him this November, but you have to give credit where credit is due.

I was done with him after "cash for clunkers". Destroyed better than I drive or could afford. Which drove up the price of used cars and trucks. I can't wait until he is gone.

But you couldn't turn your car in for some of that cash? ((I'm not that familiar with the program, as I wasn't looking for a new car at the time.))

I'm not saying that the gimmick was a good idea, of course . . .

Mine was too old. They would not take it. And the price went up on used cars. because of the clunker thing and I still can't get a better one.

I will never be able to get a new one again. I can't even get one ten years old!
