It being a Presidential election year, the Congressional races have gotten a lot less attention. Any predictions on how the House and Senate look come January? Rasmussen has Republicans leading in a general poll 46 to 43: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/mood_of_america/generic_congressional_ballot

Senate becomes more Democratic, House stays Republican but with a larger Democratic minority as weak TPers get booted. If Obama wins, the Democrats restore 1 party rule in the Midterms. If Romney wins, Congress remains split by margins I don't care to guess without the new Congress being seated.

I see this election as a bit of a wildcard, between the flailing Tea Party...and the possible move toward moderates in the GOP, we really have no idea...pretty cool.

Democrats are likely loving this stuff.

The 113th Congress will be under the leadership of the Republicans.

Obviously, an educated and unbiased evaluation of the multiple races before us.

The 113th Congress will be under the leadership of the Republicans.

The Republicans are in a horrible situation thanks to the TP. The Dems have responded to the TPs hardline stance by becoming hardliners themselves, the center has ether gone solid Dem or 3rd party and the biggest names in the GOP have decried the TP with some actually defecting to the Dems (Charlie Crist probably being the biggest example). No way the Dems are taking the House but only because 1/2 the seats the Dems could win aren't in play. The only way the Repubs can salvage the Midterms is a Romney victory on the 6th.
