EU set to negotiate on next seven-year budget

There are a lot of moving pieces to say the least. It will be interesting to see how they fare given the Euro crisis and the dynamics that brings.

One can only hope for a successful summit, and stability in the EU....because it's not looking all that good in the U.S. for our financial future (fiscal cliff).

It would be terrible for all if both failed to make needed changes.

Every crisis bring something new to the main structure and that seems more economic integration is needed as Germany wanted once. But it's hard to do it in this turning point because of the crisis and the approach of some countries like UK etc.
