Glenn Beck

As many of you know, Glenn Beck told Christians to leave churches that called for social justice, helping minorities, giving jobs to the poor, supporting progressive politics, ect. Sufic it to say, many clerics called BS (seriously, Jesus makes Marx look like a capitalist ) and 1 even wrote an intrating editorial for my local paper yesterday.

I think this is the most telling point and rebuke to Beck's anti-Christian rant.

That's what I was taught at home, in church and in school. That's what I believe. And if that makes me a communist, then I'm proud to be a communist.

I think it's high time that Christian clergy throw the Bible in the faces of these lunatics. Extremists Muslims blow a few people up but extremist christians ruin nations. It's hard to say which is worse.

Thought you would. It's not every day you see a respected religious leader being accused of being a communists... By themselves and proudly, too.

Ya, he's not really a communist but it's nice to see someone in a position of power not use socialism/communism as a boggy man. Nicer still to see them make it a good thing. :giggle:
