Might I recommend you avoid using the term hypocrisy when defending you choice of religions?

Please do not revert to your previous childish nature.

Try being a non-Abrahamic theist. I'm either accused of being an atheist anyway (hilarious since I'm a POLYtheist) becuase they can't comprehend the concept or else I get some truly original insults (from atheists and Abrahamics both) becuase their canned attacks don't apply.
I don't mind God --- it's his fan club I can't stand. ---

Whether Christians nationwide like it or not, Alabama is defining their religion just as sure as Muslim Terrorists are defining Islam. Christian "Morality" has been in question for decades thanks to the Catholic Church and this along with the New "Trump Clause" is likely to damage the religion beyond repair in the United States.
The GOP has been creeping toward becoming tied into Christianity and vice-versa for decades and will probably suffer along with it going forward. This whole mess makes me very happy I separated myself from being Republican last year.

America has always been a predominantly Christian country, Tecoyah. It was founded by 99% Christians.

They used to use the Congress building for Sunday church.

Just because Christians have always tolerated people like you, apparently it has emboldened the heathens, well, break bad and it will get ugly and be 10x more than what you bargained for.

Think "Crusades".

We can get along just fine. Rhetoric & bluster is far from reality.

But are you a fan of smoked brisket?

Unfortunately no, but that just reminded me I should smoke a pork tenderloin today unless I want to have tunafish sammiches tonight.
(Brisket's kinda tough)
That looks like it was seared before being smoked. I wonder how they did that, 2 grills?
