Thank You for the warm welcomes- I guess if you live in Florida you have to take an interest in politics because we are always in political news for one reason or another

Florida's demographics are a near match for the rest of the country and we have a strong civic culture. So statistically we would be your main source of members.

This site needs more Texans!

Florida has a huge population of people with nothing better to do but crank up the A/C in their retirement facility apartment and complain online.

And young people like me that ether live close to work/school or have good public transit and so don't spend 3-4 hours a day in traffic.

I am in Tallahassee, Fl, so it is where the gears of politics in Florida turn...however, slowly. Can't complain about no snow, but, yeah, we are always an important state in National politics- however favorably or unfavorably that might be
