So, there is a list of US facilities.

The "unspoken" implication here is that these bases or facilities we put in place to intimidate Iran. That would be wrong. Most of these facilities, outside of Afghanistan, are not strike bases, but logistical in nature. Nothing in Afghanistan is targeting Iran.

So what is the allegation?
