Sure. But neither of us can really know what the outcome will be, which could be determined by prejudicial feeling of the jurors, bad judging, and things yet to be seen, rather than just pure right and wrong.
Of course not. If we did then what would be the purpose of the bet? It'd be like betting whether or not it would rain or that birds have to land.
As it is, I have faith in the judicial system. If there is anything off about the Zimmerman case then he'll go free. Not that he's innocent, just that he's not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
FWIW, he pursued and ended up shooting an unarmed kid because he thought that kid "looks like he's up to no good".
