Lot's of things are amazing in our present day society. But none more than the cap on paying Social Security taxes. Social Security taxes don't apply to income over $110,000/year.
Does anybody see the logic in that ? If we made all income subject to Social Security tax, there would be no need to raise the retirement age, and it would close the Social Security solvency gap for a hefty 75 years.
